John has always been helpful and responsive. When my renewal for auto & home was coming out for this year, he received a copy before I did and he let me know he was going to get some quotes from other companies since it was quite an increase. I was so thankful for him taking the initiative to check to make sure I had the best option without me even having to ask him to do it.
