Dina found the best deal fast. I'm using them again next time

I’ve had an excellent experience with Librera Insurance Group. I initially reached out to Mr. John Librera because of his affiliation with the Ramsey network of independent insurance professionals. I liked the idea of working with a broker who could shop and compare policies from multiple insurance companies on my behalf, rather than being limited to the products and pricing of a single carrier. Mr. Librera provided excellent communication throughout the entire process and made comparing my options incredibly easy. He was able to match the coverage from my previous policy, add some additional coverage, and still save me more than $700 annually. The entire experience really demonstrated the value of working with a knowledgeable independent broker who can compare rates and coverage across different carriers and find an option that fits your individual needs. Amazing service from start to finish. After this experience, I don’t think I’ll ever shop directly for insurance again. I highly recommend John and Librera Insurance Group.

Dina is so well versed, quick to respond, when she is speaking to you, she makes sure that All her focus is on you and she looks for the best rates across the board. She always provides her expert opinion , helps you save money and time.

Excellent customer service and professionalism. I was assisted by Dina, whom was able to take care of my auto insurance needs within 24 hours after first contact. 2 years later, their service remains excellent. Dina shopped rates for me and found me a better rate.
